Getting in took a bit longer than I expected since the security line was moving slow. the staff were fine though, not super friendly or anything, but they did their job.

"Concessions were decent but not great"
The snacks were actually good, but at the same time they weren’t anything special. I enjoyed what I got, though the prices felt a little too high for what it was. So I guess I’d say the concessions were fine, just not totally worth the cost.

Trying to get in was a whole experience. Traffic was absolutely awful, which was a great way to start things off, because who doesn’t love sitting in a line of cars wondering if they’ll ever arrive?

"Good sound, with a few bassy spots"
I went to a show after grabbing tickets on rutheckerdhall.com, and overall the sound was really good. I’m a little picky about live music because my dad used to play in a local band, so I always notice how the vocals and instruments sit together. The vocals came through clearly, and the band never felt painfully loud, which I appreciated.
The only thing I noticed was that a few areas sounded kind of boomy, especially during the bass-heavy songs. It wasn’t enough to ruin the night or anything, but it stood out to me here and there. Still, I had a really good time and would definitely go back for another show.

"The seats were fine and the place..."
The seats were fine and the place was clean enough overall, but the bathrooms definitely needed more attention during the show. I’ve been to a few other venues where staff checked the restrooms more often, and it really made a difference. Not a bad experience, just something they could improve.

Went to a show and the staff were friendly overall. Most people I dealt with were polite, but a couple seemed rushed and not all that helpful. I also got transferred around when I had a question, which was frustrating and made things feel more disorganized than they needed to be. Not a terrible experience, but it could definitely be smoother.

"Finding basic info was more work than it should’ve been"
I went on the site just trying to check show times and ticket details, which I figured would be quick, but somehow I ended up bouncing around from page to page. The layout isn’t terrible or anything, like, visually it’s fine, but the important stuff felt tucked away in odd spots. A couple pages loaded slowly for me too, so I kept losing my train of thought and then had to backtrack.
Using it on my phone was probably the most frustrating part. I’d tap one menu, then think maybe the info was under something else, then suddenly I’m three clicks deep and still not sure where the event details are. I almost gave up, honestly. If the menus were clearer and the show/ticket info was easier to spot right away, it would make the whole experience a lot smoother...

"Pretty Much What I Hope for Every Time"
I’ve been to Ruth Eckerd Hall a few times now, and it’s been just what I expect from a good night out. The lineup is usually solid, the sound has been great, and every performer I’ve seen there really delivered. Their website makes it easy to see what’s coming up too, which is a nice plus. I go in expecting a smooth, enjoyable show, and so far they’ve met that every time.

"Seats felt off and the view missed the mark"
I went to a show here and right away my gut reaction was that the seats just didn’t feel comfortable. They felt tight quickly, and the padding seemed like it had seen better days, so I never really settled in.
The view from our spot was also not great. We could technically see the stage, but parts felt blocked or awkward, and it didn’t feel worth what we paid. The venue itself is nice enough, but I left feeling like the seating setup could really use some attention.

"Accessibility help was okay, not amazing"
so the staff did help me out, which I appreciated, but finding clear info about accessible seating was kind of a hassle. It wasn’t terrible, just not as smooth as I hoped...

"Parking kind of ruined the night"
The parking situation was a mess. It took forever just to get in, and then we still had to walk far to the venue. Leaving after the show was somehow even worse. There was just something about it that made the whole night feel way more stressful than it needed to be. Not really worth the hassle, to be honest

"Fair prices, no surprises"
Bought my tickets on rutheckerdhall.com the prices seemed fair. Nice. The fees were shown before I paid, so there wasn’t any annoying surprise at checkout. Relief. The whole process was quick and easy too. I’d definitely use it again.

"Pretty smooth crowd setup, honestly"
Went to a show at Ruth Eckerd Hall and was very calmly impressed, if that makes sense. The crowd looked like it could’ve been a whole situation, but the lines kept moving, staff were actually helpful about pointing people where to go, and it never really turned into chaos. Leaving took a bit with the parking lot, but I was totally fine and definitely not silently losing patience or anything. Solid experience overall

I had a question about my tickets so I used the contact form on rutheckerdhall.com. they got back to me quicker than I thought they would, sure it was the same day. The reply was easy to understand and they fixed the issue without turning it into a big hassle. Giving 4 stars just because I did have to wait on hold for a bit when I tried calling first. But overall, good service and I was happy with how it got handled

"Got my tickets, but it wasn’t the smoothest"
Buying tickets on the site was straightforward overall, but using it on my phone felt a little clunky. It took me a few tries to select the seats I wanted, and the checkout page was slower than I expected. I did get my tickets in the end, so it worked out, but I left feeling a bit relieved rather than impressed.
